Description
Low density polyester filler based on aluminum metallic pigment, designed for use in body shops for filling imperfections or dents, perforations, cracks or chipping. It stands out for its high thixotropy, which allows great filling power, and its easy sanding. Adhesion on sheet steel, aluminum, electro-galvanized and galvanized steel.
Surface preparation Remove any surface contamination prior to application.
Sanding: grit P80 – P240
Mixing 100 parts: Aluminium Putty
2-3 parts*: Putty Hardener
* Excessive amount of hardener can cause defects in topcoats.
Viscosity 1.69 g/cm3
Application aplication with putty knife
Output 6,6 m2/l (1 layer 50 um DFT)
Drying 20°C 30 – 45 min
60°C 5 min
Pot-life 20°C 4-5 min
Product storage 12 months (in the original unopened package)
