Description
It is a two-component, polyester-based putty with high filling power, specially developed for galvanized and aluminum surfaces in order to eliminate surface defects. It easily fills the holes on the surface with its high filling feature. It adheres very well to aluminum and galvanized surfaces. It is easy to apply and sand. It does not cause pores. It does not wrap on the sandpaper.
Surface preparation Remove any surface contamination prior to application.
Sanding: grit P80 – P280
Mixing 100 parts: Galva Polyester Putty
2-3 parts*: Putty Hardener
* Excessive amount of hardener can cause defects in topcoats.
Viscosity 1.85 g/cm3
Application aplication with putty knife
Output 6,6 m2/l (1 layer 50 um DFT)
Drying 20°C 20 – 40 min
60°C 5 min
Pot-life 20°C 4-8 min
Product storage 18 months (in the original unopened package)
